You will be their inspiration and motivation to learning something new which is so exciting! <br />I am also getting to grips with the way we work on this programme and I hadn't realised how much interlinks across the different classes that I teach. Reflection has helped me to realise the similarities amongst classes and I am certainly 'learning from experience.'
